How do I upload or update my Text file or Word file CV?
1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Post a CV" in the top menu.
3. Click on the gray Browse button, to select the CV document from your hard drive.
4. Click on the white button "Upload".
Note: Use this method to also overwrite a previously uploaded file.

How do I upload an Audio or Video CV?
1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Post a CV" in the top menu.
3. Click on the link "Upload my Audio or Video CV" near the top right hand side, below your name.
4. Click the gray Browse button, to select an Audio or Video file to upload.
5  Click on the white "Upload" button.
Note: Use this method to also overwrite a previously uploaded Audio or Video file.

Audio and Video files cannot be more than 60 seconds long.

Audio files must be MP3 format.
Video files can be of the following types: AVI (windows), .MOV (mac), .MP4 (ipod),
.FLV (flash), .WMV (windows) or .3GP (cell phone).
